Tobechukwu ‘ILLBLISS’ Ejiofor (popularly known as Oga Boss) is Set to release his Third Studio Album, aptly titled ‘POWERFUL’. The 16 track hip hop masterpiece is scheduled for a July 2015 Release, under the successful CAPital/Goretti Joint imprint.
2014 experienced a handful of impactful and commercially successful singles from the hip hop heavyweight, most notably the title cut ‘
Powerful’ (featuring iLLYs protégé Chidinma),

WTF! (Featuring Olamide) and the socially conscious ‘
Different Kind Of War’.
ILLBLISS also released his critically acclaimed
Boombap rap EP with his long running collaborator/producer
XYZ which was also well received and which spun classic joints like ‘
IdiChe’ , ‘
OsadeBe’ to mention a few. ILLY got back in the lab mid last year to commence recording the new album , two years after releasing his sophomore titled ‘
Oga Boss’.

The album is so perfectly woven together with diverse themes & subjects ranging from the aspirations and glamourous lifestyle of a Nigerian rap star, Love and relationships, Politics and social commentary, as well as life‘s experiences and introspection. Indeed, POWERFUL is a Grown man’s rap album and ILLY is a man’s man…. A rapper’s Rapper….
